Hello people.

I'm looking for a software to turn a PC into a "teleprompter" device (as
used in news programs on TV).

A teleprompter is a system that basically shows and scrolls text with a
very large font (so you can read it from a distance) and at a controlled
speed.

This can be done with a word processor, but I would like something
simpler.

Both Internet Explorer and Mozilla do slow smooth scrolling if you depress
the scroll wheel on the mouse. You can adjust the scrolling rate too. So if
you just made an HTML/XHTML page with your content this would look a lot
like a teleprompter.
