I would like to download mp3 with my file-sharing program and connect my
browser on all pages that I want, I have a 56k connection, but I think it
would be enough. My problem is that my file-sharing programm occupy all
5kbyte/s, I would like a software that can assign to this programm only
2,5kbytes/s and assign to my browser the other part of the connection.
Does exist it? (I utilize win'98)
