I am told that I need to configure this key in the GP for this to work:

Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Logon\ Always wait
for the network at computer startup and logon

Key does not exist on the server. HELP!
LOL

You probably need to update that GPO with the ADMs from XP. If you are
editing your GPOs from Win2K then you won't see that policy below.

Confused! LOL

So, there is no way to set that policy from a W2K server or do you mean that
I have to download some .adm templates?

Thanks!

I believe another alternative is to edit the GPO from an XP machine. It will
automagically update the DC with the new GPO entries. I had this problem
with controlling XP2 firewall settings via GPO. I edit my GPO's from a
server 03 box and the firewall setting didn't from there. I opned the GPO
from an XP SP2 machine, closed it, went back to the server 03 box and POOF!,
new entry for firewall settings.

Interesting - did you remote into the server to edit the GPO or load a GPO
editor on the workstation?
