Software problem

I removed the file jdbe.exe from my computer after being
told it was a virus. How do I get it back on and what
does it do?

Did you notice that the file name he referred to was NOT the legitimate
Windows file?

Yes, I noticed. The file is jdbgmgr. It is the same hoax. It came out almost
as soon as XP was released.
