I am trying to install real player and it says I don't have administrative
access to the computer. I created another user id and attemptedinstalling it
while logged into that one and got the same error. I have also recreated my
administrator access with my regular user profile. What's wrong? The people
at real player say my profile is corrupted. How do I fix this?
Thanks!

If you created another user and attempted it and got the same error - then
the people at Real software are incorrect - unless they told you that your
default profile was corrupt - which, although possible - is less likely.

Use Real Alternative.

One way to check who is at fault is to schedule a job with the AT command,
which will run with the system account. If the installation process does
not run, then there is an issue with the software.
