Hi,
I'm trying to install Acrobat and keep getting a message saying
"The Temp folder is on a drive that is full or is inaccessible. Free up
space on the drive or verify that you have write permission on the temp
folder"
How do I fix this?

Did you empty the temp folder? This is a classic installer message and
appears when there are files in the temp folder that could interfere
with the new installation. To locate your temp folder try %temp% in the
Run box (press windows key +R to bring that screen up)

Found a work around:

Run the download from Adobe.
When you get the message to run the second file, do nothing.
Go to c:\users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Netopsystems
Run the setup.exe as administrator.

Worked for me.

I've been reading some feedback on installing the latest version of Adobe
Reader. Apparently it is designed to install with UAC enabled and will fail
if it is disabled. An interesting twist to the UAC saga...
