software for online payment for services provided

Hello,
I am in search of software that allows me as a vendor to provide customers
with an online purchase option to review part of a document prior to purchase
via email with the following parameters.
- allow the potential purchaser to review part of the information that they
would like to purchase so that they can confirm it's value. I need to know
how to manage this partial review of a manuscript or document and then
process payment for the complete work using PayPal. Not sure if packaging the
information in PDF is the answer.
