Software for my serial or registration numbers

Hi,
Does anyone know of a good easy to use program that will allow me to keep
track of the serial and registration numbers of the software I have bought.
I'd also like to be able to print out a list.

You could just use Notepad, then store that text file as a
password-protected zip or rar file. No additional software required.

Use a password manager such as Oubliette or Multipass, which lets you
create a database of sign-in details (or in your case serials) in a list
which is itself protected by a strong password.
