How do you install items such as AOL instant messenger in XP so that all
users can access the feature? When I install, it only shows up in my
workspace. I do not want to load it on each workspace. Thanks

Sorry, but sometimes you have to. The installer used by the program writer
isn't ready for true user environments so, as with many older programs, you
have to install it for each user. On limited accounts, right click the setup
file and use "run as", then enter an admin name and password.
