This Windows Update has been causing me major headaches.

My XP Pro machine slows drastically, showing 100% CPU.

When I close the TaskManager I can't get it back. I can't shut down or
restart.

I've had to do a System Restore twice to get rid of it

Finally got more on this. Apparently it's been around for months, but I'm
just seeing the "upgrade" for the first time.
