Hi,

is there any kind of service or software in windows
server, for MS software distribution? Like for instance, I
have a large network (university) and would like to make
available to the campus clients microsoft software such as
office, in a way that I can control who has access to it,
and those who have would just be able to run the setup and
not copy the entire installation files.
Is there also any kind of licence server so that during an
office installation, instead of entering the cd key, one
would give the address of the server, and each time the
client would try to run the program, it would contact the
server to obtain a license (like the software Mathematica)?

Thanks.

No, you'd need a 3rd party application metering program
