Software boxes...

At this site (http://www.ananasgroup.com/products_boxer.asp) they
have a reflected box of the image.

Anyone know of software that can make these boxes, *as well as*
add the reflection?

Any 3D software able to do raytracing should be able to do this. I only
have commercial 3D software myself, so I cannot recommend a specific
program, but that should at least give you a hint of what to look for.

Don't know about the reflection, but any graphics app with the right filters
or 3d Raytracing app could do that

However here is a simple app that can make the boxes quick and easily

If you're talking 3D raytracing and freeware, you automatically end
up with POVRay:
