Sobig.X ??

Hello all ,

Yesterday my anti-virus programm ( Inoculate IT) send a broadcast to my
machine telling it found Sobig.F on the Exchange server . But Inoculate
couldn't "cure"it . So i downloaded the Symantec tool to remove it . But
apparently the tool is unable to find it . I have tried looking for the
filename your_document.pif , but it seemed to be disappeared . Inoculate
didn't quarantined it nor deleted it . The server is very unstable , rpc
problems and crasching services . I rescanned with some other anti-virus
programms but i just cant find it anymore ...


any ideas ?

Is there anything wrong with contacting InoculateIT tech support? Would
they still help you if you used someone else's AV product/tool in this
way?
