Depends what you consider to be the top worst feature. I would think the
top have the poorest detection rate. There are also other things to
consider, like compatibility and uninstallation issues.

It all depends on priorities.
I use freeware so I choose at the time AVAST for live protection and
Clam for a regular secondary check.
But you did not hear me say that other freeware solutions are
inferior. Combining (a-vir, a-spyware, a-malware,...) the best of
freeware is better than buying average payware.

like compatibility and uninstallation issues
Just been through days long uninstallion issues w/AVG FREE and AVG7
Trial. Jeeze...

register keys. I let it leave it's Application Data directory because I
wanted to look at the log file which I couldn't view while AVG was
installed - and then I couldn't delete at all because Explorer for some
reason had the thing open - even across reboots!
