so strange monitor problem

Does anyone know the answer to the following question?

After 3 weeks, my monitor stops working. If I turn it of 1 week, then
on, it starts again. I changed my monitor and changed my videocard, and
again after 3 weeks it stops.

I have:

windows XP prof
1 PCI card
1 onboard AGP card
two monitors


Any ideas?
