Every day I get this WinUpdate reminder there is a new Defender update,
I dont wanti it, cause I disabled Defender. I cannot find a setting to
never download Updates like Defender and Malicious Software Remover.

There is actually one, in the Group Policy. However at least for me it does
not prevent the defender updates to be pushed, considering this a bug by
WinUpdate or the local machine. Perhaps MS will iron this out at some point...
Ridicilous that one has to have GroupPolicy editor, the cheaper versions
don't have it. Maybe I should shoot for Business then.
But you'r telling me, that setting doesn't even do a thing? Pity.
God, i hate this Ms attittude of "we decide what is goed for you to
install/download" .

Check in msconfig. you can turn off most of the checks for updates in the
startup section

Thank you for the tip, did not know about this one and will give it a shot,
hoping that it works out this time.

Nope, that did not do the trick either... So, by now I got defender and its
defenition updates disabled 3 ways, still WinUpdate provides the definition
updates
