BST changes ... so do the clocks and I never remember which way they go.

Oh, 'ang on, I'll do what I did the last time (time, hehe get it, oh well please yourself) ... I'll wait for my PC to tell me. ;)

Use "Spring Forward, Fall Back" - its an American saying so its Fall instead of Autumn, but it works ;)

Me too, that's the only way I can remember. Although the idea of looking at your PC clock is a decent idea!:thumb:

That's the one I always use too, but we just 'sprung' forward down here & are all sleep deprived *yawn* you wouldn't happen to have an hour to spare would you? ;)

A bit late I know but I have a radio controlled clock in the kitchen which keeps perfect time and alters for BST/GMT automatically. It's weird sometimes to see the hands moving quickly by themselves to regulate to the correct time. That's the way I manage. Years ago, there used to be loads of 'notice' given and reminders on TV etc... but it doesn't seem to be so much now.

But how many clocks to change - twice a year I realise how many clocks there are in my house/possession...

2 car clocks, video x 2, wrist watches x quite alot, 6 mobiles, cooker clock, microwave, bedside clock, central heating clock, other alarm clocks/wall hung clocks in the house. It takes forever and there's always that one you forget!!!!!

Love

Gabs xx

I don't want to come on like a 'nit picker', but the correct term over here is, "Spring ahead, Fall back". Also, did you know that one of our 'Founding Father's" ,as we term them, Benjamin Franklin came up with the concept of daylight savings time! He's the guy that flew the kite connected to a key during the lightning storm!? Ever hear of him?:)
