It looks like it is an FM transmitter, so you just tune into "nivrip FM" :D

It says there are "14 preset channels within 87.7-88.9 and 106.7-107.9Mhz" so just pick one of those and match it up on your radio :)
 
No good to me then, my trusty car radio died the other night.:(
Currently using a portable DAB radio for sounds in the car.

It should transmit to your portable it just draws power from the cigarette lighter socket . Mine has a AAA battery and can plug into the cigarette socket aswell . If I wasn't already set up I'd go for one . :D
