snip ends of mp3 files

Hi

I've got a slew of mp3 files (recorded from satellite radio) that
don't end at the proper time. The last 10 seconds is always another
song


Is there any freeware solution that will automatically snip off the
last 10 seconds


Failing that, is there an mp3 editor/
