Snchronizing my files

I have recently picked up the smaller Fijitsu note book
to replace my PDA. I expected to be able sync my outlook
files much the same way as my PDA used to. Can anyone
help me with syncing files between two computers. My
preference would be to create an OST file on our server
and just update my fijitsu by copying the ost file from
the server. Any ideas

Well a serverside OST is not possible as it already syas; Offline STorage.

What kind of mailbox is it? If Exchange they are already synch. If pst;
