Can someone identify the differences between running
SNAPVIEW vs. RUNTIME as the reporting functionality
through Access?

Lmw,

Could you please try to clarify what you are trying to do, as it may
then be easier to respond to your question. Neither Snapview nor
Runtime pertain directly to Access's reporting functionality. An Access
report is an Access report. The report can be exported to several
different formats, including the Snapshopt format, and if this is done,
the Snapshot Viewer is required in order to read this outputted file.
And the database application itself, if you own the developer edition of
Access, can be bundled into an installation of the Access Runtime, which
would permit your database to function on a computer which has a
different, or no version of Access installed. But not really pertinenet
to the question of reports.
