I have a phone number database in which I keep phone listings update for our
company. After I make changes I have attached a macro to a "Update Web"
button on the switchboard. Two questions? I have three individual phone
listings is there a way to update all three in one macro and the 2nd question
is if I have individual macro for each report after I update the web I don't
want the application closing I want to return to the switchboard to update
the other two reports on the web. The actions I have on the macro is
"output to", "maximize", "quit", I need to know which action I need to add
to go back to the switchboard. Thanks so much...Melinda

I think you need to remove the Quit action from the macro.
