i installed snapshot and have office 2000 with all the updates and service packs. on this computer, only 50 % of the files can be seen. the other half opens to a blank page. i don't have this problem with any other computer and the files are good (tested on another computer). suggestions? help please

I have this same problem on a win98 PC. Forunatly it prints properly. In my
case I think it is to do with an imbeded image. I have 4 postcards per page
& only the first 1 is visible. It works fine on the win2K machines I have
tried

I dl the latest viewer to the 98 PC with no difference. If u find a
solution please let me know.
