Snapshot Scheduler

Each time I boot up I get a message that says Snapshot Scheduler Wizard has
encountered a problem and must close. It asks if I want to send a message
or not. I have sent many but with no response or results.

When I click on the details, I get the following:
AppName: schwizex.exe AppVer: 4.0.18.0 ModName: reggmrnt.dll

ModVer: 2.99.17.0 Offset: 00019f83

I tried to do a file search on Snapshot Scheduler Wizard but nothing is
found.

How do I address this problem?
