Snapshot of Desktop

I have Netzero and am having trouble with a part of the
tool bar at the bottom of it showing the wrong thing. The
question I have is there a way of taking a snapshot of
everything that is on my screen so I can send it to them
and they will better understand my troubles? Thanks for
the help. I have XP Home SP2. Alsop have a web cam so
maybe I can take a snapshot of my screen with that and
then send it to them. Any other thoughts?

The Print-Screen key will copy an image of the desktop to the clipboard.
You can paste it into Paint from there.
 
Just do a full screen capture and paste the image into
Paint. It will be a BMP file, but you can make it smaller
by saving it as a JPG.
To copy the window or screen contents

a.. To make a copy of the active window, press ALT+PRINT
SCREEN.
b.. To copy the entire screen as it appears on your
monitor, press PRINT SCREEN.
Note

a.. To paste the image into a document, click the Edit
menu in the document window, and then click Paste.
