Snaking columns - How?

Does anyone know how to do "snaking columns" in an Access report? Or even if
it's possible?

I can do them in Word, but I'm using Access to update data and I want to
avoid a lot of copying & pasting & reformatting.

Not sure what you mean by "snaking" columns...

While in report design try File/PageSetup. You can set up Columns, and way
Columns read...
Left to Right and Down
or
Top to Bottom and Left to Right
