How can I determine my SMTP Settings? I don't have full administrative rights
on my own PC.

Although this is a programming group and this isn't a programming question
just use Tools, Email Accounts, select your email account and look at its
properties when you click the Change button.

When I go to this location I have a screen which has the name of the
Microsoft Exchange Server and my User name. There is a "More Settings"
button but it doesn't have the SMTP settings. The "Next" button is grayed
out, probably due to rights restrictions. So is it possible to determine
SMTP settings here wtih my limited scope. I asked IT for help but they don't
understand my question, I guess. Ideas?

If you only have an Exchange account your SMTP email address depends on how
your admins have formatted your alias as well as whatever your domain is.
Your admins should be able to tell you what the SMTP address for your
mailbox is, if they can't they don't know very much.

If you send an email to a non-Exchange recipient such as a gmail or yahoo
email account if you have one that would show the sending SMTP address too.

I take it from later posts in this thread that you want to know your
e-mail address. You should be able to get that from the Global Address
List (GAL). In Outlooks's main window, press Ctrl+Shift+b, find your own
entry, Right-click (or Shift+F10), select Properties, and look at the
"E-mail Addresses" tab.
