SMTP response when trying to email picture

When I try to email a picture, I get response
host SMTP could not be foundplease verify you have
entered the server name correctly acct "POP3"

Maybe the following info will help. I cannot
verify it because I am not an AOL subscriber.
The instructions apply to a program called:
*PhotoLightning* but I'm thinking it will work
with...Right click / Send To / Mail Recipient....
in WinXP also.

How do I automatically attach photos when I
send e-mails with AOL?
