SMTP outgoing mail server??????????

Im tryin to set up Outlook Express and I need to know
what my SMTP outgoing mail server is. My incomming is a
POP3 and I need to know what my outgoing is in order to
send any mail. Please help ASAP!!!! Thank You.
 
How would anyone here know? Ask your ISP.

If using a dial-up modem, your incoming and outgoing SMTP will be
"mail. + the last part of your email address".

EXAMPLE: If your POP email address is "(e-mail address removed)"
Then both your incoming AND outgoing SMTP will be "mail.eartlink.net"
If it is "(e-mail address removed)" , they both will be "mail.netzero.com".
If it is "(e-mail address removed)" , they both will be "mail.airmail.net".

Get the idea?

I have a blueyonder account and mine is
pop3.blueyonder.co.uk
for incoming mail.
SMTP.blueyonder.co.uk
for outgoing mail.

The best way to find out this information is to have a
look on your ISP's site (the people you use to get your
internet connection), if they have a web site then they
might have an help section that will give you your mail
server information.

Hmmmmmmmm... It was my belief that only DSL\Cable\ISDN accounts used
the "pop3" or "smtp" in the address. Learn something new every day.
