SMTP Message in Queue folder

Hi All,

My SMTP mail service suddenly just stop working. When there is a down event
detected, our monitoring software will generate a mail and sent it using IIS
SMTP service. However, now all the mails are piled up in the Queue folder.

I have tried the testing steps listed on
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=286421 and found that all is well.
Nothing has change on the server and SP4 is not even applied yet.

Anyone out there has any idea?

thats why you need to setup two mail servers - the 1st i s
monitoring the 2nd one and vice versa. So when one stucks,
the other one is able to send you the report.
