Not able to send outgoing mail via SMTP. Confirmed settings via SBC Yahoo
DSL online tutorial and their tech support. No help after one hour with
their live tech support. Same problem with Outlook Express. Receive mail
OK. Also, Web mail account sends/receives OK. General error states
"Operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server.
Error: 0x8004210B." Same problem with all user accounts on this pc.
