SMTP error 533

Good morning,
I use outlook 2003 sp3 and it has been working just fine, I am getting
the flowing error when trying to send email:
553 SMTP Relaying Denied: Visit http://www.error-553.net for more
info.

Not sure, I have never received this error.
Is there a flag or
someting I need to check?

Configure the account that you defined in Outlook to authenticate to the
SMTP server.
