Some old messages asked about how to fix the problem in Windows
Explorer that causes the mouse scroll wheel to jump 3 or more lines
rather than continuously scrolling. This used to be settable in the
intellipoint software, but the option does not appear in the recent
versions. Using Regedt32, find and check the registry settings for
WheelScrollLines. There is more than one key with this name. You'll
probably see it set to 3 or 6. Change them to 1 and problem solved.
