I'm not familiar with precisesecurity.xxx. Here is a link to removal
instructions for Ultimate Cleaner from people who are 100% trustworthy
and good:

They have a link to download SmitFraudFix from their website as part of
the cleanup procedure and you can be comfortable downloading anything
from there.
