SmartPhone ProgressBar

Anyone have any issues with the ProgressBar control on certain SmartPhones?

I have a ProgressBar that works on
iPAQ hx2795
Palm 700w
T-Mobile Dash

But does not do anything but display a rectangle that doesnt increment at
all on a:
T-Mobile SDA

Progress bars work fine on Blackjack smartphone (Cingular Samsung i607). If
I find one with a problem, I'll drop you a note.

Does the device have a customised theme/colorscheme? Have you looked to see
if there is a ROM update for the device?
