Smart Menus - I hate them!

Is there any way to turn them off??

I want to see all my menu choices w/o having to
continually hit the >> button at the bottom.
 
*Windows 2000
Right-click the "Task Bar", then on the "General" tab uncheck "Use
Personalized Menus"

*IE
IE|Tools|Internet Options|Advanced, then uncheck the box for "Enable
Personalized Favorites Menu"

*Office 2000
Tools|Customize|Options, uncheck "Menus show recently....."
