I have "HDD Health", a HD SMART monitoring freeware installed on my pc. I
keep getting an "Attribute seek error rate changes from 100 to 200" pop-up
warning message. My hard disk crashed recently & I've just bought &
installed this new Western Digital 7200 RPM 40 gig drive. Do I have a bad
drive? Also, "spin up time" is highlighted in red. TIA

Turn off notifications of attribute changes. They're distracting, and
pretty useless.
