smart device cryptography and VB

I read some discussion and articles over web and found a
lot of things, but one was great:

But all sample code is in c#. I'm not experienced
programmer in API calls in VB and i know nothing about c#.
So, my question is:
Is there (anywhere) some similar examples in VB?
