I have 2 virtually identical XP Pro installations, and am trying to connect
them as a workgroup.
Computer#1;
right click on C: drive in my computer and choose sharing and security. I
get the typical are you aware of the risk thing. This is how the preceeding
Win'98 computers were connected so things kinda need to be shared this way.
I go through the Q&A and finally tell it to YES set up sharing. The other
computer can then see it and access it fine.
Computer#2;
Right click on C: drive in my computer, and select sharing and security. It
comes up with a dialog that looks like a Win'98 share screen. Theres already
a share for C as C$ , for admin purposes apparently. If I set up a new
share, it shows up on Computer#1, but when I try to access it it comes up
with an unaccessable dialog and something about rights.

Whay are the screens different on the computers, and how do I make them the
same?

TIA
HK
