I need a printer and have the perfect space for it on my desk. The printer
needs to be no taller than 6.5" and no wider than 19.5". Also, rear loading
paper is a no no.

What's the best quality printer I can get at this size?

HP 6540 is a good choice at $129. Check out the other models that may suite
your particular needs better but all fit the dimension you have and are
front loaded.

CANON IP5200. DUAL PAPER FEED. USE OEM INK

yea, the size of that printer is perfect! The 6980 has caught my eye from
HP, bit more expensive than the 6540 but it has wifi built in, USB 2.0 and
ethernet.! I think this is the one!

top loading paper, no good, thanks.

top loading? not necesarilly. If you look closely, you'll see two loading
options. One is top, other is front bottom.
and it can be 4200, not necesarilly 5200. And disregard that retard about
oem ink...

DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS RETARD. IN THE CASE OF THE NEW PIXMAS THE IP5200
SPECS ARE CLEARLY SUPERIOR TO THE IP4200. AND USE OEM INK SO THE
PRINTER DOES NOT GET RUINED
