Small Fonts on a subform

Recently, I put a laptop into production with Access
2003. The user is running a Access 2000 based
application, one of the subforms in the application uses
small fonts (8) for the header and detail of
this "subform" view. The view on the screen does not come
up in small font, the view comes up in a font that is
very difficult to read. (not sure what the font is)
Printing of the form's detail is not affected. Is there
any setting in Access 2003 that can be set so that the
small font appears correctly? I like to do this without
altering the actual application's forms

David,

My guess is that the font used in the form is not installed in the laptop,
so Access substitutes with another, and it can very well be that the
substitute is not the same for screen and print!
Check what the font in the form design is; then check if that font is
installed in the laptop (Start > Settings > Control Panel > Fonts) and, if
not, install it.

HTH,
Nikos
