Small Font In Internet

My Windows XP Professional has been somehow modified to
display very small fonts when I am on the Internet. It
is oftentimes impossible tyo read the text. I have tried
to modify the fonts in the "Control Panel" to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated.

In Internet Explorer its View > Text Size> and pick a larger size

I have same problem... I change the font size but every time I open explorer, the size is again tiny... can I change the default font-size from somewhere..
