small font/icons

My fonts and icons are small on all the windows,
including the start bar. I have tried changing the
setting by going to Properties. My AOL Icon in the Start
Bar is half the size it was prior to the problem. I have
no idea what brought it on!

If you changed themes it might've changed the resolution.
