Small Business Manager

I run Office XP Prof. but am unable to find the 'small
business manager' tool.
I have visited the Mircrosoft webb site for updates but
find myself confused.
Do I have this tool with this version of Excel or do I
have to upgrade? If so what version do I upgrade too?
 
I run the same version. What are you trying to do? Is this a slow day,
giving you time to wander around to see what you do NOT have?
