I am operating a Dell Dimension 4300 256MB memory, 40 GB hard drive of which
78% is free.

The response time has become very sluggish.

I have allowed my grandchildren to play games on the internet and I am
wondering it this has some bearing on the problem.

Could I have a suggestion as to how I can remedy this problem.

Is there software available that will clean up unwanted files?
