SLOW WINDOWS

MY PC IS VERY SLOW.. NOW WHEN I START IT UP, IT GETS TO
WELCOME AND IT STOPS. THEN WHEN I HIT CTRL ALT DELETE IT
FINISHES THE START UP

Their is no one answer to your question.. make sure you have run disk
cleanup, scan for virus', scan for spyware, and make sure you have all
windows updates.
