Disksweeper.regular defragmentation,Have 80 GB and 160 GB (extern HD)on Hard
Disk.Do I have to put
all programs on extern HD ?Only Start Up have been made faster.
Tune Up 2007 will do the trick ?

Perhaps to much programs , which need more RAM ?

On Windows XP, you can hold down the key combination Ctrl+Alt+Del to open the
Windows Task Manager. Use this to find the process name of the program that
is using the most CPU or Memory usage. Usually the processes have an obvious
name like iexplore.exe, Update.exe, and WORD.exe (Internet Explorer, Windows
Update, and Office Word). Microsoft Office applications tend to use many
system resources, I would reccomend to not multitask while using Microsoft
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, et cetera. Also, try not to download many torrents
at the same time or have more than one peer-to-peer program open. Never
choose to terminate any of these processes: svchost.exe, System,
Explorer.exe, System Idle Process, winlogon.exe, spoolsv.exe, or any other
processes you don't recognize. Also, any Adware, Spyware, or Viruses can slow
down a computer, so perform some system scans.
