Slow Windows Start-up

Me too, the worrying thing is that bootvis (performance
checker tool)
is built into XP, so it should be doing the sequence
optimisation for us.

Any gurus out there who know what the prob is?

My startup consists of:
Norton AV & FW 2003
2 Desktop user profiles
Microsoft Office
NeroCheck

It seems to hang for minutes before the network
connection appears in the systray. I recently disabled
Wireless Zero Config, but after changing it back nothing
changes to the startup time.
 
Bootvis is not a "performance checker tool" and it's not built into XP.
