Slow to start up

Hi!

Over the last few weeks my pc has got very slow to start
up. It stays on the blue Welcome screen for ages.

I have removed everything possible out of start up
programs, done a system restore & defragmented drive c.

I havent loaded any new software & I have scanned for
viruses but there arent any.

Please help!!!
