I've had this problem before and it took a downloadable
program to fix it; I just don't remember what it was. When
I'm typing my e-mails, the text doesn't appear right away.
It comes in about 20 seconds after I hit the key. Also,
some websites are painfully slow to respond, or don't
respond at all. Any suggestions? Thanks

What mail program?

1. IE Tools>Internet Options>General>Accessibility>Style sheets (uncheck if
checked).

2. Update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan (possible
Qhost infection).

3. It may be caused by hijackware:

These days most of us are recommending HijackThis to identify and assist in
the removal of these bad guys. **Post your files to
http://forums.spywareinfo.com/ as described in the first URL above, not
here.**

If you cannot access the page to download HijackThis, use this link:

If you find you need CoolWebSearch Shredder, use this link:

(Get a fresh copy of CWS Shredder before each use. It's updated
frequently.)
